Well, I did not get started again as I'd hoped. Friday was tough anyway. We went to a Moroccan restaurant,
Mataam Fez. The
food was
great. Especially the
filo dough items. But, my iPhone calorie counter, Lose It! does no have much Moroccan food in it.
Saturday I started training for the
Philadelphia Marathon. My
official training schedule does not begin for a few weeks. But, I want to get some of the initial pain over with!
Sunday I went mountain biking in the
Elk Meadow Open Space Park with Carl. It was not too technically challenging from a biking perspective. But, there were some climbs that left me gasping!
